LVPlus MITSUBISHI LASER:
Our Mitsubishi Laser, the LVPlus offers the latest technology with performance and productivity features available for the first time.
The Mitsubishi LVPlus is capable of laser cutting up to 1" steel, 1/2" stainless steel or 3/8" aluminum plates with -/+ .005 tolerances. The Mitsubishi has a table that accommodates sheet sizes up to 5' x 10'. The machine provides
cutting stability at speeds up to 1,150 inches per minute!!
AMADA ALTAIR 3015 WATER ASSIST LASER:
The Altair 3015 is capable of laser cutting up to 3/4" steel, 3/8" stainless steel,
or 1/4" aluminium plates with -/+ .005 tolerances. The Altair has a table that accommodates sheet sizes up to 5' x 10'. Using an adjustable
water mist to absorb the heat generated by the cutting process allows the Altair 3015 to make faster and cleaner cuts and edges on finished parts.
CNC MILL:
With six CNC vertical Mills, including two Haas VF-2 SS's, four more vertical mills with capacities up to 20" x 40" and two Mycenter Horizontal H300 HMC's, we can meet your needs from tool die to long production.
CNC LATHE:
We have two CNC lathes, a Haas SL 10 and a Mori Seiki that can machine parts with up to 14" diameter.
QUALITY CONTROL:
With a CMM, a Digital Optical Comparator, and a host of quality control equipment, our quality control is held in high regard.
WELDING:
Our highly skilled welding department has TIG, MIG, and ARC welders at their disposal. No job, steels or alloys, are to big or to small.
PRESSES:
Altogether we have five presses; a 200 ton 12' CNC press brake, a 65-ton 8' CNC press brake, a 50-ton Edwards IronWorker, a 35-ton punch press, and a 25-ton hydraulic press.
More than enough to get your job done.
CONVENTIONAL MILLS AND LATHES:
We have four Bridgeport Mills with 9" x 46" capability, two Bridgeport Mills with 9" x 49" capability, a Voest 20" x 80" Engine lathe,
a Victor 16" x 40" Engine lathe, and a Cadillac lathe with a 10" swing just to name a few.
